Enterprising Further Education Celebration Event

On 16th June 2010 a celebration event took place at Weetwood Hall Leeds, to showcase and highlight examples of FE enterprise education.

The event was well attended with representatives from 20 colleges in the region.

Key themes of embedding enterprise across a range of curriculum, enrichment and extra curricular areas were presented by colleges including, FE Business Incubation (Leeds City College), An Entrepreneur’s Perspective (Rotherham College of Arts & Tech), Enterprise Activities in a LEGI Funded Environment (Doncaster College), and being Enterprising through Volunteering Programmes - V-inspired (East Riding College).
