Sheffield Students to take Hong Kong by Storm: BiG Challenge 2010

Six lucky Sheffield students are about to embark on the trip of lifetime to Hong Kong after winning the city’s annual enterprise competition, the BiG Challenge. 

The Fir Vale students formed an events company called Young Money, which specialises in organising gigs for Sheffield bands. They were provided with a start up investment of £25 from the BiG Challenge which soon grew into almost £1000 profit after the first event.

The team’s combination of risk taking and strategic thinking earned them the title of BiG Challenge 2010 Winners and a trip to Hong Kong, a vibrant hub of business and enterprise, courtesy of legal services provider and BiG Challenge sponsors, DLA Piper.
