This is an exciting event for the launch of a new enterprise resource developed for the London 2012 Games. On 10th November, we are running the ‘Have you got what it takes?’ challenge with a group of students from schools in Barnsley and Newham as part of a high profile day, Going for Gold at London 2012 – celebrating Yorkshires home grown talent. In addition to showcasing Yorkshire’s sporting achievements to special guests, Seb Coe, Members of the LOCOG team and Regional Minister, Rosie Winterton, we are launching the ‘Have you got what it takes’ enterprise challenge.

This brand new regional skills event will offer inspiration and motivation, including “hands on” skills demonstrations to thousands of young people, allowing them to get a taste of their future career opportunities.
