Kevin Parkin, Managing Director at DavyMarkham thanked 50 business leaders for giving their backing to a unique, locally developed programme, aimed at encouraging and supporting young people access job opportunities in manufacturing and engineering, at the launch of ‘work-wise’ at The Cutlers Hall on Friday 30th April.


On Friday 26th March 2010 40 Year 8 students from Malet Lambert School Language College took part in the Enterprise 2012 Get Set Olympic Challenge.


Applied learning helps to make the Diploma a new and engaging choice for learners. Diploma learners benefit from learning by doing – in situations that reflect the working world.


Hull Youth Enterprise Partnership (HYEP) was set up to contribute to Hull’s target of creating 1,200 new businesses over the 15 years to 2016, and to encourage young people to become more enterprising
